«PICASSO», a country house in LOFT style, has the following concept: modern luxury is harmoniously combined with the landscape of virgin nature. Unlimited full of light space, richness of texture and strict cubic forms, all this gives you illusion of change of the house geometry and allows you to see one thing through another depending on the angle of view you watch the house.

«PICASSO» is located in «Pine Forest» - one of the most beautiful places of Nikolina Gora - the most famous among the suburban club villages with established infrastructure and a special range of families living here. Everything in this unique place is to provide its inhabitants with safe, beautiful and comfort life. The house owners are offered all services of pension «Pine»: pool, gym, tennis courts. Near the village there are private schools and kindergartens. Another advantage is excellent transport accessibility provided by Rublevo-Uspenskoe and Novorizhskoe highways. Everything here is designed for comfortable living of large family, for bright holidays and everyday life.

«PICASSO» is a three-story house with 800 m² total area. On 0.30 hectares (3'000 m²) territory there is a two cars garage and a 100 m² apartment for staff.

The first floor is presented as united architectural space including guest area: living room, kitchen-and-dining room, hall and guest bathroom, a working cabinet and a relaxation zone with pool and sauna. Its interior is created using interesting author's ideas and technological solutions. Pool area, kitchen and dining room are united by an outdoor terrace that looks like a natural extension of the interior layout and is ideal for receptions outdoors.

The centre of interior is a large living room with design-made fireplace. Framed by panoramic stained glass windows, the room looks like painted by an artist who does not want to divide the organic existence of man and the environment. Here you can enjoy virginity and mystery of nature, admiring both relict pine trees that grow on the territory and the flames of the fireplace fire. This living room is designed to become a favorite place for family parties, meetings with friends and guests.

On the second floor there are four bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has its own dressing room and bathroom. According to the design project this part of the house can be equipped for children where nothing would violate their personal space. The large windows provide enough daylight and the special architectural design provides excellent ventilation and excludes drafts.

The third floor is a private part of the house with a large comfortable bedroom, private SPA-area and dressing room. Here are a winter garden and unique panoramic rooftop terrace. Bedroom interior includes a fireplace decorated with natural stone. Panoramic windows give special charm to this cozy place and integrate the space into harmonious architectural ensemble.

Recreation area is located on the first and ground floors of the house. On the first floor it is represented by a swimming pool and sauna and united with a guest zone by outdoor terrace. It offers beautiful panoramic views, enhancing the feeling of peace and closeness to nature. Ground floor includes home theater, billiard room and wine cellar to store private wine collections.
